We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zarafshan in Srinagar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay especially the boy named Faizan such a hardworking boy, and the hotel owner hilal sir was a very kind, humble and co-operative person. The location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Srinagar
